Dr. Malik has over 48 years of professional engineering and project management experience in structural design and analysis of buildings. He is internationally known for pioneering new structural design concepts which are currently used throughout the world and for the utilization of advanced computer technology to automate and increase efficiency of structural analysis and design projects. He has done research for the US Department of Energy and the state of California as well as numerous foreign governments. He  has been the managing engineer for  large projects around the world including the seismic retrofit  of nuclear power plants and has over 25 papers published in professional journals.

 Dr. Mosalam is a world renowned seismic and environmental engineer and the co-chair of the environmental and seismic engineering  department at UC Berkeley. He has done extensive work with the US Department of Energy, US Department of Defense, the Federation of American Scientists and is a consultant to many foreign governments. He is the lead engineer at the acclaimed UC Berkeley Richmond Field Station testing facility and is currently the co-principal recipient of the $40 million “Singapore-Berkeley Building Efficiency and Sustainability,” research grant.

Rob Raffanti, Business Development

 Rob has over 25 years in the real estate development and sales field. Over the years he has been responsible for the sales and marketing departments as well as the day to day operations of some of the largest real estate companies in Silicon Valley.  He served 2 years as President and 4 years as CEO of one of the largest independently owned real estate companies in California. Recently Rob has successfully aided in the launch of two startup companies.

Mark Scambray, Sales & Marketing

In 1989 Mark started his career with Trus Joist. For the next thirteen years he worked his way up from salesperson to Southern California Sales Manager to Western Regional Manager of the commercial division. In 2003 Mark took a position with Standard Structures as Sales Manager and within one year became Director of Sales and Marketing working directly for the owner and President of the company. During these years in the engineered wood business Mark established a relationship with the structural engineering community in California.
